Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us sort things quickly, please send a clear photo of the pallet before anything is removed or a photo clearly showing the damaged items. This allows us to process replacements or refunds as fast as possible.

Cancellations & Returns

If you decide to cancel your order, just get in touch with us at info@tileprime.co.uk or                     call  0121 270 1856 , 07960 325918 within 28 days of delivery.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, you’ll have 28 days to return the goods to:
Biddle & Webb Building, Icknield Square, Birmingham, B16 0PP

All items must be returned in their original, resalable condition. Customers are responsible for arranging transport and insurance for the return. A refund will be issued once we’ve received and checked the items.

Leftover Tiles

Got some tiles left over after finishing your project? No problem — you can return full, unopened boxes within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.

All returns must be in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for arranging transport and insurance. Refunds are processed once the items are received and inspected.
