Tile Prime Delivery Service

Our dedicated delivery team operates within a 25-mile radius of our Birmingham store. All orders are delivered on pallets and are kerbside only — meaning the delivery will be made to an area that is easily accessible from the road.

Most deliveries can be made onto a driveway, but final placement is at the driver’s discretion after assessing access, obstructions, and safety.

📞 Customers will receive a 30-minute call before delivery to ensure someone is available to receive the goods. These are all-day delivery slots, not timed deliveries, unless a timed service is arranged in advance.

Free Delivery Areas

We currently offer FREE delivery on orders over £250 within a 25-mile radius of our Birmingham store (B16 0PP). Check if your postcode qualifies by entering it at checkout or contacting us. For orders outside this radius (e.g., London), customers must arrange in-store pickup at our showroom.

Additional Delivery Options

We offer the following paid delivery upgrades within the 25-mile radius:

Timed Delivery – £28 If you need a more specific delivery time (e.g., before noon or afternoon), we offer a timed delivery service. Even more precise times may be available on request (subject to route availability).
Express Any-Day Delivery – £28 If your assigned delivery day doesn’t work for you or you need your order urgently, we offer an express delivery option on your preferred day within the 25-mile radius. Next-day delivery may be possible depending on order time and stock availability.

In-Store Pickup Option

For customers outside the 25-mile delivery radius (e.g., London) or those preferring to collect, in-store pickup is available at our Birmingham showroom.

Important Delivery Notes

All deliveries are kerbside only. Drivers cannot carry goods inside your property.
Ensure access is clear and suitable for pallet deliveries.
If no one is available to accept the delivery within the 25-mile radius, a redelivery fee may apply.
Once delivered or picked up, goods become your responsibility.
